MIFFLIN, E. Grace Hutchinson, 94, of the Locust Grove Retirement Village, Mifflin and formerly of Mifflintown, died at 8:02 p.m. on Friday, August 1, 2014, at the village.
Born on September 29, 1919, in Liverpool, Perry County, she was a daughter of the late Elmer and Anna (Van Ormer) Bucher. On February 2, 1942 she married her late husband, George G. Hutchinson, with whom she shared more than 70 years of marriage before he preceded her in death on February 11, 2012.
She is survived by one son; Lee E. Hutchinson and his wife Carole Ann, of Horntown, VA, one daughter-in-law, Gail A. Hutchinson, of Mifflintown, and she leaves behind, 2 grandchildren, also 2 great-grandchildren.
One son Carl D. Hutchinson preceded her in death.
Grace was a homemaker who enjoyed bowling, traveling and spending time with her family
Funeral services are private. Interment will be in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc., 100 Bridge St., Mifflintown.
