Condolence From: Pauline Booher

Condolence: Dear family and friends of Mr. Smith,
I would like to express my sympathy to you at this time. Having lost a very dear loved of mine to cancer, I can truly say I understand your pain. However, there was something that gave me great comfort and that was the hope held out in the Bible.

The Bible says at Acts 24:15 "there is going to be a resurrection" and 1 Corinthians 15:26 says "and the last enemy death is to be brought to nothing". My favorite scripture of all though is Revelation 21:4. and this will be fulfilled in the near future. There it says, "and He will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be any more. The former things have passed away". Imagine a time when there is nothing to make us cry, nothing to mourn or be sad over and no painful ailments of any kind, and most of all no one will die for "death will be no more".

I hope that these few scriptures have given you the comfort and hope they gave me.
