Born on January 10, 1940 in Milford Twp., Juniata County he was a son of the late Leroy and Margaret (Armstrong) Henry. On October 8, 1960, he married his surviving wife, Shirley A. (Hockenberry) Henry, with whom he was blessed to share more than 55 years of marriage.
Surviving are his children, Fonda J. Huff and her husband Robert, of Mifflin, Scott A. Henry and his wife Rachael, of East Waterford; siblings, Mabel Beaver, of Academia, Pauline Dziewit, of Maryland, Mary Lehman, of Mexico, David Henry, of Port Royal; and he leaves behind two granddaughters, Caitlin N. Robert was a 1958 graduate of Juniata Joint High School, Mifflintown and was attending the New Beginnings Community Church, Spruce Hill. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
Mr. Henry retired after 47 years as an over-the-road truck driver who drove for many local trucking companies.
