Patricia A. Jones, 64, of Mifflintown, died at 5 p.m. on Monday, November 21, 2016 at Richfield Senior Living and Rehabilitation Center.
Born on June 20, 1952, in Derry Twp., Mifflin County, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Beulah (Stine) Nipple.
Surviving are her sons, Troy Schlegel, of Port Royal, Todd Schlegel and his wife Brandy, of Mifflin; siblings, Reno Nipple and his wife Gail, of Port Royal, Lovina Nipple and her companion Noel Mayhue, of Liverpool, Linda Hockenberry, of Port Royal; two grandchildren, Jenna and Zachary Schlegel.
Two brothers, Casey Nipple, Edmond Nipple, a niece Rhonda McVicker and a nephew, Russ Nipple, preceded her in death.
Until her illness prevented it, she was employed by the Savannah River Nuclear Power Plant, South Carolina, as a health protection inspector.
In her younger years, Pat was very athletic, enjoying racquetball, sky diving and many other sporting activities. She also enjoyed watching football on television and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
All services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
