Robert S. “Bob” Frederick, 84, of East Waterford and formerly of Perkasie, PA passed away at 2:35 a.m. on Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at his home.
Born on July 29, 1932, in Perkasie, Bucks County, he was a son of the late James and Emma (Stine) Frederick. On October 10, 1964 he married his surviving wife, Dolores E. (Hager) Frederick, with whom he was blessed to share nearly 53 years of marriage.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his son, Brian K. Frederick and his wife Holly, of Chambersburg; a sister, Doris Renner, of Harleysville; a step-brother, Albert Kerr, of New Jersey; 4 precious grandchildren, Brandon J. Frederick, Paige A. Frederick, Brooke E. Frederick, Jillian C. Frederick and many nieces and nephews.
From 1952 until 1956 he proudly served his country during the Korean War with the U.S. Air Force.
He retired from Fischer & Porter, Warminster, PA.
His hobbies included fishing and gardening.
A Graveside Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, July 24, 2017 from the Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery, Perkasie, where the Wallace Willard Keller American Legion Post 242, Quakertown will accord military burial honors.
A viewing will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, July 21, 2017 from the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc., 100 Bridge St., Mifflintown.
